  Abdominal pain is the reason about 3% of adults see their family physician 1 Abdominal pain is supposed to be a common complaint and reason for consultation in primary care 2 It affects nearly every person once in their lifetime independent from age,gender and social background 3,4 Differential diagnosis ranges between self-limiting nonspecific abdominal pain 5,6 and life threatening conditions 7,8 .Abdominal pain is a notoriously difficult symptom due to diagnostic uncertainty.
